The Vango Scafell 300 is a tunnel-style, three-person tent designed for lightweight outdoor adventures. It strikes a balance between space and packability, making it suitable for backpacking trips where every gram and inch of pack space counts.

Constructed from midweight polyester, the Scafell 300 combines durability with a relatively low packed size of 48 × ø17 cm. Its tunnel design not only creates a roomy sleeping area but also allows for quick pitching and good wind resilience. You can choose to erect the inner and flysheet together for full protection, or pitch them separately in fair weather for extra ventilation. An integrated groundsheet helps keep moisture at bay when you’re setting up on damp terrain.

The tent’s framework relies on Vango PowerLite 7001-T6 alloy poles, a high-grade aluminium blend known for its strength and resistance to bending. This material delivers reliable structural support while keeping the overall weight down, so you won’t feel burdened on long approaches or steep ascents.
