Product Description

The North Face Futurelight Jacket is a men’s waterproof, breathable shell designed for outdoor adventures in changeable weather. As an unlined 3-layer jacket, it keeps rain and wind out while letting moisture escape, making it a solid choice for hiking, camping or simply navigating wet urban streets.

Made from 100% recycled nylon and bonded with The North Face’s FutureLIGHT membrane, this jacket balances durability with a lightweight feel. The regular fit leaves space for mid-layers without feeling bulky, and the PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR) finish helps water bead up on the surface. These features let you stay dry and move freely when conditions turn damp.

The 3-layer construction sandwiches a waterproof, breathable membrane between the outer fabric and the lining, enhancing resistance to abrasion compared to single-ply shells. FutureLIGHT technology uses tiny pores to block external water droplets while allowing internal sweat vapor to escape, and the DWR treatment prevents the fabric from becoming saturated.
