The Plus 100 Glacier Full Zip Women’s from The North Face is a fleece vest designed for outdoor layering. It’s a straightforward midlayer you can pull on for added warmth during hikes, campsite chores or chilly morning walks.

Made from 100% polyester Polartec fleece with recycled content, this vest offers a tidy balance of insulation and breathability. The regular fit gives you room to move and layer under a shell or over a base layer, while the full-length zipper lets you dial ventilation up or down as the day warms. Using recycled materials also helps cut down on waste without compromising on warmth.

Polartec fleece is a synthetic fabric built with a grid-like structure that traps warm air close to your body while allowing moisture to escape. That means you stay comfortable without feeling clammy when you work up a light sweat.
