The Samaya Footprint OPTI 1.5 is a tailored groundsheet that fits the OPTI 1.5 tent floor. It adds an extra layer between your tent and the ground, helping to keep the floor fabric safe from sharp stones, sticks and general wear.

At 220 by 110 cm, this footprint mirrors your tent’s base exactly, preventing abrasion and mud from reaching the main floor. It’s cut from 100% Nylon 66 High Tenacity 30D ripstop fabric—light at 54 g/m² yet tough against tears. Weighing just 135 g and packing down to a 0.5 L bundle (140 × 200 × 30 mm), it tucks into your pack without stealing much space or adding noticeable weight.

The ripstop floor fabric has a 3,000 mm waterproof rating, meaning it can resist the pressure of a 3-metre-high column of water before leaking. This level of waterproofness keeps out ground dampness, light puddles and splashes, helping your tent floor stay dry and last longer.
