Product Description

The Samaya 3.0 is a three-person ultralight geodesic tent designed for campers and backpackers who want a sturdy shelter without adding extra bulk. It comes complete with pegs, a repair kit and tube, fitting neatly into your gear lineup whether you’re on a multi-day trek or a weekend outing.

Inside, you get 220 cm of width, 240 cm of depth and 130 cm of headroom—enough space for three sleepers and a bit of gear. The geodesic pole arrangement helps the tent stand up to shifting winds and uneven ground, while its packed size of just 220 mm by 350 mm (9 in x 14 in) means it slips into a backpack with room to spare.

The tent body is made from Cordura® laminated three-layer fabric with a Nanovent® membrane, offering durable tear resistance and a microporous layer that lets moisture vapor escape. The floor uses a 43 g/m² Dyneema® composite fabric, prized for an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio that resists punctures without weighing you down. Poles are DAC FeatherLite™ NFL 8.7 mm aluminum, combining precision-formed sections for reliable support at a minimal weight—keeping the total package under 3 kg.

The geodesic structure with 4 arches and 7 arch crossings guarantees unprecedented stability, mechanical strength and durability. The technical nature and reliability of the components also ensure a high level of safety and optimum comfort in alpine style, even in the most extreme conditions. Comfort is also ensured by a large floor area of 4.2 m² capable of accommodating 3 people and an optimised interior volume with a height of 130 cm. The interior layout has been carefully designed to add comfort and practicality with more than 8 side pockets, our famous removable overhead pocket and a considerable number of hooks for hanging things up overnight.

With all these assets of durability, performance and comfort, Samaya® has kept its signature intact by offering an extraordinary lightness.
