The RAB Mythic Ultra 180 is a 2-season mummy-style down sleeping bag designed for lightweight backpacking and camping. It provides reliable warmth for spring to autumn trips, offering comfort down to +7°C for women and +2°C for men.

Inside the Mythic Ultra 180 you’ll find 900+-fill-power R.D.S. certified goose down, which delivers excellent warmth-to-weight performance. The super-lightweight 7D ripstop nylon shell and lining keep the bag durable yet minimal in bulk, and the integrated thermo-ionic lining technology (TILT) helps reflect stray body heat back for added insulation. Weighing just 0.44 kg, it falls into the superlight category for bags rated around 0°C, making it easy to carry on any trek.

Fill power (FP) is a way to measure down’s loft and insulating ability—higher FP means more air trapped per gram of down, so you stay warmer without extra weight. R.D.S. certification confirms the down is sourced responsibly. The 7D ripstop nylon uses very fine threads woven in a grid pattern to resist small tears, and the thermo-ionic lining is a reflective fabric layer that helps bounce your body heat back toward you.
