The Cozy Carpet Nevada 5 from Outwell is an underlay designed specifically for the Nevada 5 tent. It sits inside your tent’s living area, adding a layer of comfort underfoot while protecting the tent floor from dirt and wear.

The carpet’s top surface is made of 50D 300T Pongee polyester, offering a soft feel that’s easy to brush clean, and it’s filled with polyester for gentle cushioning and extra warmth. On the underside, a tougher 210D polyester layer shields against abrasion and ground moisture. At 310 × 260 cm it covers the tent’s foot-print neatly, and with a weight of 2.3 kg and a packed size of 66 × 8 × 45 cm it’s straightforward to carry and stow away when you’re packing up camp.

“50D” describes the thickness of the polyester threads (denier), while “300T” means there are 300 threads per inch in the weave—together giving a balance of strength and smoothness. Pongee polyester is chosen for its soft hand and easy maintenance. The 210D underside uses heavier yarns for durability and moisture resistance, and the polyester filling adds a small but noticeable boost in insulation and underfoot comfort.
