Product Description

The Outwell Backroads Awning Room is an add-on annex that fits onto the rear of SUV-style camper vans with a tailgate height between 175 and 200 cm. It creates a sheltered space right off your vehicle, giving you extra room for cooking, relaxing or keeping kit dry while you’re on the move.

This awning room is built from Outtex 4000 Select polyester, so it stays light enough (9.8 kg in total) to carry and set up without too much effort, yet it still feels sturdy in a breeze. With a 290 cm width, 270 cm depth and 195 cm internal height, there’s enough headroom to stand comfortably or tuck in a small table and chairs. When it’s time to drive on, everything packs down into two neat bags (45 × 33 × 6 cm and 45 × 33 × 10 cm) that slip easily into your storage compartments.

Outtex 4000 Select is a 100% polyester fabric coated with polyurethane for extra toughness. Polyester won’t sag or stretch when wet and dries quickly, while the PU layer helps shed rain and resists abrasion, so the awning room will keep you sheltered over many camping trips.
