The Nemo Quasar 3D Regular Wide is a lightweight inflatable sleeping pad designed to add cushioning and a bit of insulation between you and the ground. At 9 cm thick, it aims to balance comfort and packability, making it a solid choice for backpackers or campers who value a bit more room to stretch out.

Featuring a 3D baffle structure, this pad adapts to your body’s shape for a stable sleep surface while PrimaLoft® insulation made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials helps trap warmth. The top fabric is a Bluesign®-certified ripstop polyester, so it’s both durable and eco-friendly. Packed down to a 74 × 18 cm size and weighing 760 g, it slips into most packs without taking up too much space.

With an R-value of 1.8, the Quasar 3D offers moderate thermal resistance—enough for late spring through early fall trips in temperate conditions. R-values measure how well a pad resists heat flow, so a 1.8 rating means it blocks a fair amount of ground-cold without adding too much bulk or weight.
