Product Description

The Nemo Kunai 2P is a two-person ultralight geodesic tent built for backpackers who need a sturdy shelter without extra bulk. Its low profile and strategically placed poles help it shed wind and stand up to changing weather, making it a go-anywhere option for weekend trips or multi-day treks.

Featuring a SIL/PEU-coated 100% nylon ripstop rainfly and a 20D nylon ripstop inner tent with fine No-See-Um mesh, the Kunai balances breathability, insect protection and weight savings. The 30D PEU floor adds wear resistance where you need it most, and the DAC Featherlite NSL aluminum poles keep the tent’s geodesic shape rigid without adding much heft. When packed down to 50 × 16 cm, it slips easily into a backpack alongside the rest of your kit.

Denier (D) is a unit that measures the thickness of the tent fabric’s fibers: 20D for the canopy offers a lightweight, tear-resistant weave, while 30D on the floor adds extra durability against rocks and roots. The DAC Featherlite NSL poles are made from a high-strength aluminum alloy, giving the tent its shape and stability without weighing you down.
