The Barcelos Functional Jacket Men’s by Meru is a two-layer waterproof shell designed to keep you dry during outdoor outings. With its clean lines and regular fit, it serves as a reliable guard against rain and wind without weighing you down.

Made from 100% polyester, this jacket uses a two-layer laminate to balance durability and breathability. Its water-repellent finish is free of PFCs, so water beads up and rolls off the surface instead of soaking in. The regular cut leaves enough room for layering underneath, making it a versatile choice when the weather turns wet.

In a two-layer construction, the waterproof, breathable membrane is bonded directly to the outer fabric and protected by a lightweight inner layer. This approach keeps the jacket lighter and more packable than styles with full linings. The PFC-free treatment replaces traditional fluorinated chemicals, reducing environmental impact while still helping rain to slide away from the fabric.
