The Jones Aurora Women snowboard bindings are built to give female freeriders a solid connection to their board on challenging terrain. Designed specifically for off-piste lines, these bindings focus on stability and control when you’re tackling steep runs or varied snow conditions.

With a flex rating of 7, the Aurora Women bindings sit in the medium-stiff range, providing a responsive feel underfoot without becoming overly rigid. This level of stiffness helps you drive your edges with confidence and maintain balance at higher speeds, while still offering enough give to absorb chatter on uneven snow.

Flex ratings run from 1 (very soft) to 10 (very stiff); a 7 means the materials resist twisting and flexing under load, so your movements translate quickly into board response. In practical terms, you’ll notice sharper turns and steadier control when carving or dropping into steep lines, which explains why a Medium Stiff binding is popular for freeride setups.

The new Women's Aurora binding is designed for fun focused freeriders who are looking for a comfortable and durable freeride binding with a freestyle friendly medium soft flex. The Aurora features SKATETECH technology that transfers your energy directly to your edges through our most advanced Hangar 3.0. The Hangar 3.0 is wider for better boot fit and has an expanded bushing footprint for better energy transfer. The Aurora's Progressive Flex Highback is stiffer at the bottom and gets progressively softer toward the top for a precise and playful binding feel. The Aurora can be set up in Surf mode or Freeride mode by switching bushing and interchanging the Comfort Flex Ankle Straps between bindings. The Comfort Flex Ankle Straps are 3D molded to evenly distribute strap pressure and eliminate strap bite. The Aurora is also fitted with our new 3D Flex Fit 2.0 toe straps. The low profile 3D Flex Fit 2.0 toe strap is slightly stretchy to conform to any boot shape.
