Constructed from durable nubuck leather with a regular-width fit, this boot offers a familiar feel while standing up to abrasion. A Gore-Tex lining seals out moisture without trapping sweat, and the Vibram Fuora outsole ensures reliable traction on rocks and muddy trails. Weighing about 1.64 kg per pair, the Alaska GTX strikes a balance between sturdiness and manageable weight.

Gore-Tex is a waterproof and breathable membrane that prevents water entry while allowing moisture to escape, helping feet stay dry during wet conditions. The Vibram Fuora sole uses a specialized rubber compound and lug pattern to enhance grip and long-term wear on uneven or slippery surfaces.
