The Exped Mat Sheet MW is a lightweight cover that slips over your sleeping mat to keep it clean and add a bit of comfort under your sleeping bag. It’s made for camping trips, festival nights or any outdoor sleep setup where you want an extra layer between you and the ground.

Weighing just 0.21 kg and packing down to 17 x Ø 8 cm, it won’t take up much room in your pack. The top side blends 65 % Tencel with 35 % recycled polyester, giving a soft yet durable surface, while the non-wicking polyester mesh on the underside helps the sheet stay put on your mat. Together, these fabrics create a smooth, stable layer without slipping as you move.

The “30D” in the fabric description refers to denier, which measures the thickness of each fiber—30 denier strikes a good balance between light weight and strength. Tencel is a plant-based fiber known for its breathability and smooth feel, and the recycled polyester adds toughness. The non-wicking mesh beneath lets air circulate without pulling moisture away from the mat, so the sheet remains securely in place throughout the night.
