The Dynastar M-Cross 82 is an all-mountain frontside ski built for skiers who spend most of their time on groomed runs but still want the freedom to explore varied terrain. With an 82 mm waist, it strikes a balance between precise edge hold on hard snow and enough versatility for softer patches.
Featuring a 14 m turn radius in the 176 cm length, it delivers responsive, medium-radius arcs that feel lively without becoming skittish at higher speeds. The 129/82/111 mm sidecut gives reliable grip at the tip and tail for smooth transitions in and out of turns, while the flat mounting makes it simple to fit a binding of your choice and upgrade later if you wish.
The term “radius” describes the curvature of the ski’s sidecut: a 14 m radius means the ski naturally follows a 14-meter arc when tilted on edge, making turns both predictable and engaging. The three numbers—129 mm at the tip, 82 mm at the waist and 111 mm at the tail—define how the ski enters, holds and exits a turn as well as how it handles different snow conditions. At 1.6 kg per ski, it offers a solid feel underfoot without becoming overly cumbersome when you’re making quick transitions.
