The Mica Basin Camp Chair XL from Big Agnes is a lightweight camp chair that gives you a reliable spot to sit around camp, on the beach or at the trailhead. It’s designed to balance comfort and portability, with a higher seat height that makes getting in and out of the chair easier.

Built on a sturdy aluminum frame and topped with Robic Nylon reinforced by a Polyester Ripstop UTS coating, this chair holds up to 136 kg while still packing down small. The 47 cm seat height puts you at just the right level for chatting by the fire or enjoying a quick meal, and when it’s time to pack up it compresses to a tidy 14 × 15 × 56 cm bundle.

Ripstop fabric features a grid of stronger threads that stop small tears from spreading, and the UTS coating adds a layer of protection against moisture and abrasion. The use of Robic Nylon brings extra toughness without adding bulk, so the chair stays durable over uneven ground and in damp conditions.
