The Atomic Redster S7 21/22 test skis are race-inspired piste skis designed for carving precise turns on groomed slopes. Pulled from the previous season’s demo fleet, these skis let you experience high-performance gear without committing to a brand-new pair.

At 163 cm, the 14 m radius gives these skis a sharp, responsive feel in short turns, while the 114.5/70/102 mm sidecut strikes a balance between stability at speed and nimble edge-to-edge transitions. Mounted with FT 12 GW bindings, they work with GripWalk soles and offer a reliable DIN range, so you can ski with confidence.

The 14 m radius refers to the curve built into the ski’s sidecut, which naturally guides it into tight arcs. A narrower 70 mm waist helps the ski pivot quickly from one edge to the other, making carving more intuitive. The FT 12 GW binding is GripWalk compatible—meaning it pairs with rubberized boot soles for better walkability—and features a 12 DIN maximum release value for consistent safety performance.
